Presswood Pallet 1000 x 1200 x 135 mm
The Presswood Pallet 1000 x 1200 x 135 mm is a rectangular heavy-duty pallet manufactured from recycled sawdust and processed wood fibre under controlled heat and pressure.
It combines a strong one-piece moulded structure, water-resistant construction, four-way entry and a space-saving nestable base for export shipments, warehousing, manufacturing, food-related logistics and industrial material handling.
Unlike conventional timber pallets assembled from separate boards and nails, this pallet is moulded as one unit without exposed nails, screws or sharp metal fasteners.
Heavy-Duty Load Capacity
This presswood pallet is rated for a static load of up to 6 tonnes / 6,000 kg and a dynamic load of up to 1.5 tonnes / 1,500 kg.
The stated capacities apply under suitable operating conditions with an evenly distributed load. These are not rack-load ratings.
Export-Ready Processed Wood Construction
The pallet is manufactured using processed wood fibre, adhesive, heat and pressure rather than untreated raw solid timber. Processed wood packaging of this type is generally outside the raw-wood treatment requirements covered by ISPM 15.
Additional fumigation or heat treatment is therefore normally not required. Exporters should still confirm the latest destination-country, importer, carrier and customer requirements before shipment.
Water & Moisture-Resistant Construction
The moulded composite construction is designed to resist normal exposure to moisture and water more effectively than untreated conventional timber pallets.
Water-resistant does not mean permanently waterproof. Avoid prolonged immersion, standing water and uncontrolled outdoor exposure unless suitability has been separately confirmed.
Space-Saving Nestable Design
The moulded support feet allow empty pallets to fit partially inside one another, reducing the vertical space required for storage and return transportation.
Nesting is useful for exporters, warehouses, factories and distribution operations that need to store or transport several empty pallets efficiently.
Food, Pharmaceutical & Hygiene-Sensitive Applications
This moulded pallet may be considered for food-related logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG operations, cold-room support and other hygiene-sensitive handling environments.
