The Presswood Pallet 1120 × 1120 × 135 mm is a heavy-duty moulded pallet manufactured from recycled sawdust and processed wood fibre under controlled heat and pressure.
It combines a strong moulded structure, water-resistant construction, high load capacity and a space-saving nestable base for export shipments, manufacturing, warehousing, food-related logistics and industrial material handling.
Unlike conventional timber pallets assembled using boards and nails, this pallet is produced as one moulded structure without exposed nails or screws.
Export-Ready & ISPM 15 Exempt
Presswood pallets are manufactured from processed wood fibre using adhesive, heat and pressure. Because the material is fully processed rather than raw solid timber, additional ISPM 15 fumigation or heat treatment is normally not required.
This can reduce export preparation time and treatment costs. Importers and exporters should still confirm the latest requirements of the destination country, customer and shipping authority before dispatch.
Water & Moisture-Resistant Construction
The moulded composite construction is designed to resist normal exposure to water and moisture more effectively than untreated conventional timber pallets.
Water-resistant does not mean permanently waterproof. Avoid prolonged immersion, uncontrolled outdoor storage and continuous exposure to standing water unless suitability has been separately confirmed.
Space-Saving Nestable Design
The moulded feet allow empty pallets to fit partially inside one another, substantially reducing the vertical space required for storage and return transportation.
This is especially useful for exporters, warehouses, factories and distribution centres that need to store or return large quantities of empty pallets efficiently.
Food, Pharmaceutical & Hygiene-Sensitive Applications
This pallet is supplied as a food-grade moulded pallet and may be considered for food-processing, pharmaceutical logistics, FMCG, cold-room support and other hygiene-sensitive handling environments.
Food-grade status does not automatically confirm suitability for direct food contact or every regulated pharmaceutical application. Buyers should request and verify the current manufacturer certificate and any customer-specific compliance documents before use.
